I'm a mindfulness practitioner and ecotherapist, I have a PhD in Mindfulness and Outdoor Therapy. I'm currently working on an NHS research programme examining the use of Mindfulness for patients with incurable cancer. My private clients (ecotherapy) include veterans and others from public service (e.g.teachers and nurses) who are affected by anxiety and stress.
