Hi all have spent day writing a script for a guided visualisation for the medutation group tomorrow. Our theme is looking at calming the mind and centring to create space and inner peace.
The first meditation is one where we focus our attention on the heart, feeling it beat and listening to the sound and then imagining the energy of the heart coursing through our bodies and grounding us.
The second mediation is a guided visualisation to enable you to gain inner strength and understanding.
