Working together for a better world...
Its been a month of travelling so far - At the start of February, Bob and I headed south. If we had hopes of sun, we got it, but with fiercely cold temperatures to go with it. A week spent collecting wood and then burning it in the kitchen stove kept us good and warm. We had a warm welcome in Belgium too. Last weekend we drove up through France to Ghent where I was running the third session of the Foundation Certificate in Other-Centred Therapy. Lut and Daniel made us very welcome and it was good to catch up with Katrien and Gerald, and all the other members of the group. (Karin was away but kindly let us use her house.)
Then last Sunday it was a short drive to Dunkirk (it really is little over an hour from Ghent) to catch the ferry back. Dropped Bob off for a week looking after his son and paid a short visit to my parents. Monday morning I was picking up Mike from the station in Horsham to drive back up to The Buddhist House.
Its been a busy week - preparations for the course block which starts on Saturday, in between catching up with mail and other left over work and recovering from a bug picked up en route. Last night a trustee meeting left us all in good spirits. The house looks spick and span and teh freezer is full for the coming week. All is well!
