Ever feel stressed, overwhelmed, time-pressured, tired, exhausted, run-down, under the weather, or simply “not at your best?” If so, the Health and Wellness retreat is for you.

Many of us struggle to keep up in today’s high-paced life.  If you are dealing with “stress” fatigue, anxiety, or specific health conditions, or if you are simply looking to improve your well-being and vitality, this retreat can help you regain your footing! This workshop is also ideal for health practitionersers searching for inspiration,  and new perspectives and approaches for working with clients.

Come be rejuvenated in a beautiful holistic retreat centre overlooking the sea and learn techniques for maintaining and enhancing health and wellness.  Learn to decrease and prevent stress and its impact on your health, relationships, and work, and to create a health-positive life using herbs, nutrition, stress-management techniques, nature-based therapy and creativity.

When: June 3rd to June 10th, 2016.

Where: Kalikalos, Mt. Pelion, Greece.

Facilitated by:  Owen Okie, M.Sc. Herbal Medicine, MCPP, HeartMath Provider and Susan Goldsmith, Medical Herbalist, NIMH.

We'll be using integral theory to tie together Herbal Medicine and Nutrition, HeartMath, Wilderness Therapy, and Creativity and how we can tap these resources for the transformation of "stress" and "dis-ease" into resilience, healing and growth.

“ I really enjoyed all aspects of it - came away with much more than I could have imagined and in addition to the knowledge gained, really enjoyed the connection within the group.”

Participant 2015.

“Owen has an incredible extent of knowledge of his chosen fields and mixed with profound insight he successfully opens your mind to an array of exciting possibilities into healing and health. I’m very grateful to Owen for his time and dedication for his part on my journey.”

Participant, 2015.

“I'd not done an exercise like this before and so had no expectations. It turned out to be a very profound experience that blew me away. Accessing Nature's voice lead me far into the forest and further still into the heart of me. It helped me to debunk many recent fears by illustrating very strongly my life's journey and my actions needed for resolution. I came away feeling like I'd had given my soul a spa treatment!"
