Hi Coleen, just noticed that you commented on the event listing for this month's online retreat rather than the retreat group (Im afraid they look rather similar). You are signed up for the group, so do check in there. You should also be getting the daily emails. DO let me know if they arent getting through. Great to have you on board again.

great to meet you and have you as a friend. Stone is a great joker himself and out of my great compassion I left clear clues for him, not my fault if he couldn't solve them!

Hi Coleen - hope your journey back went well. I ended travelling back this morning - I just wanted one more evening sit and one more morning walk before I came back to this life! It was great to meet you and I hope we get the chance to talk more soon.

In the modern age, psychotherapy has become a route which many people choose to help them face and move beyond their personal suffering. Not surprisingly many Western therapists tend to gravitate towards Buddhist ideas and, conversely, Buddhists are often interested in exploring how their faith…

I wrote this article for Running Tide back in January but it didnt get published and as Running Tide has only just come out, things had obviously moved on. I'm putting it up here because it seems like a pity to waste a good article - or even a mediocre one!
