Hi Karen hope you are well are you back home now? How did your week in London and the CBT course go, a different bag all together I am sure!!! It was good to meet you and hope to see you soon, I have just confirmed i have on one block left before i finish the Diploma I cant believe I am nearly at the end seems like it was only yesterday that i started at Buddhist House.
