I'm currently on the foundation programme ... Mostly studied Zen Buddhism, open to learning more. Looking forward to progressing through the study programme... Particular interests include couples' work, the interface of business and psychology and spirituality (if there is one) promoting emotional literacy and resilience to some of the online culture for young people, Brene Brown's research on shame and vulnerability..., sand play and creativity as healing modalities... Looking forward to uncovering more interests too.
