I participated in the introductory course in the late 90s. When cassette tapes were sent. Now, that is dating me! Also, I have attended other blogs in Narborough and Amida, France.

Pathways, Compassion and Experience

In November I will be offering a 4 week course titled Pathways to Live a Compassiionate Life in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada. The course is based on Karen Armstrong's book Twelve Steps to a Compassionate Life. I was asked to write an article for a website regarding the course.
