I have a perspective from the practice of tai chi and chi kung that can help still the mind and help make bodies and minds stay flexible and be more adaptable to modern life.
Are there things you would like to see Tariki doing or want to know more about?
I am interested in understanding the way Buddhist practices can help me and those friends and family I encounter. This would help my tai chi instruction and philosophy.
