I have been committed to trying to live my life with Buddhist principles. I am a retired teacher and now teach Tai Chi, love gardening and make wooden furniture. For some years I attended monthly retreats practising Bon. I am not a therapist but like to discuss and perhaps help others understand Buddhist and Taoist ideas(from the tai chi)

No. Would say am a student of tai chi-always will be.
What can you offer?
I have a perspective from the practice of tai chi and chi kung that can help still the mind and help make bodies and minds stay flexible and be more adaptable to modern life.
Are there things you would like to see Tariki doing or want to know more about?
I am interested in understanding the way Buddhist practices can help me and those friends and family I encounter. This would help my tai chi instruction and philosophy.
