Working together for a better world...
For some therapists, working one to one outdoors has always been their preferred way of working. The therapeutic relationship within the greater field of the natural environment has offered opportunities for engagement, exploration, metaphor and creativity. Recently, however, we have seen increasing interest in taking therapy outdoors and in the current Covid 19 pandemic more and more counsellors are moving their practice out of the consulting room. Walk and talk therapy has become an alternative to socially distanced indoor meetings. This workshop will introduce some of the basic parameters of moving therapy outdoors:
