 Breathing Space

 Where: Harford, Dartmoor, UK

 When: 17th—19th May 2019

How much: £150 (including group facilitation, food, walking routes)

Take time out, away from the hustle and bustle of life to think about seasons, change and how our life stories connect with ourselves, the people around us and the environment. Work with an Earth Wheel to mindfully explore stages of our lives and how personal, social and objective realities are constructed, using Buddhist Psychology.

Join Perry and Fred—two person-centred outdoor therapists - who believe time spent outdoors is healing and restorative. Bring a tent and camping gear—spend time finding your

place in nature, and space to breathe.

For further information contact Perry:

We look forward to hearing from you.
